After reading the article, i found it interesting that he when to prison for 27 years cause treason by the white minority government. also that he was a good leader for south african's and they loved him. he also worked hard for south africans to be free and do anything without them being called something raisist.

What I found interesting about this article was that he struggled to end racial division. Mandela was the first black president, just like Obama, for his country. He also focused on charities for children after his retirement and talking about aids which killed his son. Nelson Mandela was very important because he kept on trying and he cared about many people. His death was saddening for many people because of all the things he did and all the hearts he touched.

What I found interesting was that mr. Mandela's had to spend 27 years in prison after being convicted of treasure. Also mr. Mandela and mr. Obama both served as the first black leaders of their nations, and both men won the Nobel peace prize.

After reading the article,I found it interesting that Mandela was a president and he sturgle for freedom. He want to prison by a minority government.

Nelson Mandela was the first black president of  his country just like Mr. Obama. Whats cool about Mr. Mandela and Obama they both won the same noble peace prize because of there leadership and there speeches.This two guys are loved and respected by their people.But the sad thing about Mr. Mandela is that he died on a Thursday night at 8:30 p.m .Many people was sad when Mr. Mandela die no one will forget this man for what he did for his country.
